By accessing this website, becoming a member, registering for competitions, attending events, purchasing memberships, participating in programs, submitting applications, or otherwise interacting with USAPAF, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

USAPAF reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, reschedule, cancel, restrict, discontinue, or remove any service, membership program, competition, event, ranking, certification, benefit, website feature, or policy at any time, with or without notice.
USAPAF shall not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, travel costs, lodging expenses, training expenses, lost opportunities, or other costs arising from such changes.
Membership in USAPAF is a privilege, not a right.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
USAPAF reserves the exclusive authority to determine athlete eligibility, divisions, rankings, classifications, placements, judging standards, scoring procedures, qualification pathways, disciplinary actions, and competition outcomes.
All judging decisions are final.
No athlete, parent, coach, member, or participant has a right to challenge competition results through litigation against USAPAF.
USAPAF does not guarantee:
Participation does not create any expectation of future opportunities or benefits.
Aerial athletics, aerial arts, aerial straps, aerial hoop, aerial silks, aerial hammock, acrobatics, strength sports, conditioning, training, and related activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury, permanent disability, paralysis, emotional distress, property damage, and death.
Participants voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:
USAPAF; its directors, officers, founders, employees, volunteers, judges, officials, contractors, coaches, event organizers, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, and agents
from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, attorney fees, or causes of action arising from participation in any federation-related activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, USAPAF's total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the claimant to USAPAF during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
USAPAF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary, emotional distress, reputational, or economic damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless USAPAF and its representatives against any claims, lawsuits, liabilities, losses, costs, or attorney fees arising from:
By participating in any USAPAF activity, event, competition, program, training session, meeting, or membership program, you grant USAPAF an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, videos, competition footage, and results for promotional, educational, historical, commercial, and federation purposes without compensation.

The US Aerial Power Athletics Federation ("USAPAF") is committed to providing clear and transparent membership policies.
All membership fees paid to USAPAF are final and non-refundable once submitted and processed.
By submitting payment, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that membership fees are paid for administrative processing, membership activation, record maintenance, eligibility review, member services, and access to federation programs and benefits.
Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:
Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing, competition registration fees, event fees, clinic fees, camp fees, certification fees, and administrative fees are also non-refundable once submitted and processed.
USAPAF shall not be responsible for refunds due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, government actions, public health emergencies, venue closures, travel disruptions, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
Members agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for validly processed payments made to USAPAF.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, USAPAF reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, revoke eligibility, deny future registrations, and pursue recovery of any associated costs, fees, or damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any refund exception shall be made solely at the discretion of USAPAF and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
